Air shower nozzles are a key component of air shower chambers, primarily designed to effectively remove dust particles adhering to the surfaces of personnel or objects entering the clean area by means of high-velocity clean airflow (air velocity 20–28 m/s) from multiple angles.

This nozzle features a typical air-blowing nozzle design, comprising a back cover with a sealing strip, an adjustable spherical body and a concealed bowl mount. Its spherical structure is formed by hydraulic press drawing, which creates a smooth swirling airflow, reduces air resistance and thereby effectively lowers operating noise.
