A two fluid nozzle can work on two different liquid feed principles, that is:
• Liquid is supplied to the atomiser through a line under pressure
• Liquid is aspirated by the atomiser from a container at ambient pressure

Design Features of wide spray angle full cone two fluid nozzles are as below:

1.For the pressure type two fluid nozzles,air pressure and liquid pressure both are demanded.

   With needle, the flow rate could be adjusted by screwing the needle; or, flow rate could not be adjustable.

     Usually, air pressure not less than 4bar and liquid pressure not less than 3bar

3. For pressure type two fluid nozzles, there are two
   spray pattern: Flat Fan spray pattern , Round Spray pattern, and wide angle spray pattern.

  Flat fan spray's angle is about 70 degree;

  Round spray's angle is about 30 degree;

  Wide angle round spray's angle is about 30 degree to 120 degree.

7.There are two inlet in the nozzle body.: liquid inlet and air inlet. We will mark " LIQUID" and "AIR" OR "L" and " A" on the nozzle. "LIQUID" AND "L" stands for liquid inlet, "AIR" and "A" stands for air inlet.
